Requirements
Must:
- 3–6 years of experience in systems, automation, IT, or related fields
- Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power BI
- Experience within Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and data integration processes
- Proven track record of developing workflows, automations, or low-code solutions
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills
- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing projects independently
Responsibilities
- Construct and oversee automation workflows utilizing Power Automate and similar tools
- Create AI-driven workflows and digital solutions to enhance internal operations
- Detect inefficiencies and deploy automation to minimize manual workload
- Design dashboards and reporting tools with Power BI to facilitate decision-making
- Develop scalable workflows that unify various systems and data sources
- Record documentation for all automations, workflows, and system logic
- Manage and provide support for Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and CRM/ERP systems
- Facilitate system integration to enhance data exchange between operation, finance, and project teams
- Assist with the rollout of new tools and technologies organization-wide
- Oversee system settings, access permissions, and user management
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to office and field personnel
- Administer company devices, including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes from a systems and access perspective
- Support cloud infrastructure, identity management, and essential cybersecurity practices
- Coordinate with external IT vendors as required
- Collaborate with teams to analyze workflows and enhance operational efficiency
- Create tools and systems that support construction operations and reporting initiatives
- Standardize processes across departments using automation and technology
- Educate users on systems and tools to foster greater adoption
