Must:
To be considered for the Associate Engineering Analyst (E01), the minimum qualifications are: - A 4-year technical degree; OR - A 2-year technical degree coupled with over 1 year of nuclear or relevant industry experience; OR - A High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of nuclear experience. For the Engineering Analyst (E02) position, the minimum qualifications are: - A 4-year technical degree with over 2 years of nuclear or related industry experience; OR - A 2-year technical degree accompanied by over 3 years of nuclear or related industry experience; OR - A High School Diploma with at least 5 years of applicable nuclear experience. For the Engineering Analyst (E03) role, the requirements are: - A 4-year technical degree with over 5 years of nuclear or related industry experience; OR - A 2-year technical degree with over 7 years of nuclear or related industry experience; OR - A High School Diploma with a minimum of 8 years of nuclear experience.

Responsibilities

In this role, I will perform advanced technical and engineering problem-solving to support nuclear plant operations. I will be responsible for making technical decisions and must possess comprehensive knowledge in my area of expertise, including the practical implementation of applicable industry codes and regulations. My primary duties will include: - Providing extensive technical expertise to develop, manage, and execute engineering analyses, activities, and programs. - Offering technical consultation through hands-on involvement to identify and resolve equipment and system issues. - Managing engineering issues either partially or fully. - Executing assigned engineering tasks while applying general engineering principles. - Ensuring the accuracy, thoroughness, and punctuality of work, adhering to configuration management and employing appropriate design criteria, practices, procedures, and codes while preparing plans and specifications. - Conducting independent research, reviews, and analyses in support of technical projects and initiatives. - Recommending equipment, new concepts, and techniques to enhance performance, simplify construction, reduce costs, fix design or material defects, or comply with changes in codes or regulations. - Carrying out additional job assignments and responsibilities as directed by management, including emergency response, departmental coverage, and support of outage activities in roles outside my department.
