Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear)
- For Entry-Level: No prior experience required
- For Mid-Level: Minimum of 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience
- For Senior-Level: At least 5 years of nuclear or related engineering experience
- Ability to meet minimum access or unescorted access requirements as needed
- Favorable medical examination and/or testing accordance with position duties
- Engineer in training certification preferred
- Strong understanding of techniques and core functions performed within the group
Responsibilities
- Execute engineering and technical tasks as directed by supervisors while utilizing general engineering principles
- Ensure all engineering outputs meet relevant safety analyses, industry codes, engineering specifications, and all regulatory standards
- Contribute to the design and execution of effective processes and methodologies in line with established policies
- Suggest improvements in format and methodology to existing processes and procedures
- Complete various assignments and tasks as instructed by management, including emergency response and departmental support activities
