Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5 or more years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven track record of achieving solid or better results for a minimum of 2 years, displaying the ability to work independently within assigned knowledge areas.
- Completion of skills and knowledge development training aimed at enhancing expertise in selected areas. Demonstrated capability to assist and mentor junior engineers on technical matters.
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical expertise to develop, manage, and implement engineering analyses, activities, and initiatives.
- Offer technical consultation and support through direct engagement to identify and address equipment and system issues.
- Manage engineering tasks comprehensively, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work while adhering to configuration management protocols and established design criteria, practices, and codes.
- Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses in support of technical projects and programs.
- Suggest equipment and innovative concepts to enhance performance, simplify construction, reduce costs, rectify design or material flaws, and ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
