Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (non-engineer)
- Associates degree in a technical field plus 1+ years of nuclear or related industry experience
- High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of nuclear experience
- Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access, as applicable, with favorable medical evaluations and/or tests
- For Engineering Analyst/E02:
- Bachelors degree in a technical area and 2+ years of nuclear or related industry experience
- Associates degree in a technical field and 3+ years of nuclear or related industry experience
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of applicable nuclear experience
- Knowledge of engineering processes required for the specific functional area
- For Engineering Analyst/E03:
- Bachelors degree in a technical field and 5+ years of nuclear or related experience
- Associates degree in a technical field and 7+ years of nuclear or relevant industry experience
- High School Diploma/GED and at least 8 years of nuclear experience, including 5 years at the exempt level
- Familiarity with engineering processes and systems pertinent to the functional area
- Experience with electrical engineering systems
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical expertise to design, manage, and execute engineering analyses and programs.
- Provide technical guidance and support through direct involvement in troubleshooting equipment and system issues.
- Oversee the initial or complete management of engineering tasks.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and promptness of work while maintaining proper configuration management.
- Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses for regulatory and technical projects and initiatives.
- Suggest equipment improvements, new concepts, and methodologies to enhance performance and reduce costs, or address design flaws.
- Undertake additional assignments and responsibilities as directed by management, including emergency response and support for outage activities.
