Requirements
Must:
- Entry Level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) and must maintain minimum access or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, with a favorable medical examination and/or testing according to position duties.
- Mid-Level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience, and must maintain minimum access or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, with a favorable medical examination and/or testing according to position duties.
- Senior Level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with 5 years of nuclear experience or related engineering experience, and must maintain minimum access or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, with a favorable medical examination and/or testing according to position duties.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth technical expertise to design, manage, and execute engineering analyses, activities, and programs.
- Offer technical expertise and consultation through active involvement to identify and resolve reactor core analysis movement and control issues.
- Ensure the precision, thoroughness, and promptness of work while managing configuration and ensuring adherence to standard design criteria, practices, procedures, and codes in the creation of plans and specifications.
- Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses to support technical projects and programs.
- Suggest equipment, new concepts, and techniques to enhance performance, simplify construction, reduce costs, rectify design or material defects, or adhere to changes in codes or regulations.
- Achieve Qualified Nuclear Engineering (QNE) status within 24 months upon assuming the position.
- Execute additional job assignments and duties as directed by management or according to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call-outs, and support of outage activities in roles outside the department.

Our engineering position can be filled at the Entry-level, Mid-level, or Senior Engineer level, with salary ranges depending on experience: - Entry Level: $85,000 - Mid Level: $90,000 - $110,000 - Senior Level: $117,200 - $143,000 These ranges are annual figures based on experience and include a comprehensive benefits package that features bonuses and a 401K plan.
