- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering).
- At least 12 years of experience overseeing and managing multiple solutions teams at the managerial level or higher.
- Previous experience as an Enterprise Architect or in similar leadership roles, demonstrating a history of delivering transformative technology strategies.
- Proven ability to unify diverse stakeholders, balance competing priorities, and drive consensus toward shared goals.
- Established success in building and sustaining high-performance teams while fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.
- Extensive knowledge of modern architecture principles, cloud technologies, and scalable systems design.
- Profound understanding of data governance, architecture, and security principles.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for using data to drive innovation and create business value. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and customer engagement, along with guiding organizations through change.
- Excellent consultative skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation, complemented by advanced interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Able to present complex technical information in a relatable manner.
- Proven ability to influence strategic decisions and outcomes.
- Ability to think conceptually to effectively execute IT strategies and plans.

Responsibilities
- I will develop and manage the departments budget.
- I will maintain relationships with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring that business processes and requirements are clearly identified and understood across the organization. I will facilitate committees and forums to promote the adoption of Architecture and IT Strategy and tools.
- I will manage relationships with partners and vendors, including auditors, risk management functions, and other IT departments, to successfully deliver complex projects amidst significant change management challenges.
- I will oversee the maintenance, implementation, support, and enhancement of applications and systems relevant to my responsibilities.
- I will collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external stakeholders to align competing priorities into cohesive strategies.
- I will drive process improvements and lead the adoption of standardized Management Model processes and procedures, aiming for sustainable top-quartile cost and performance levels.
- I will evaluate performance and provide coaching for IT personnel, promoting diversity and fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a learning culture. I will contribute to the development and retention processes for IT employees and build a high-performing architecture team characterized by excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- I will bring thought leadership and expertise not only in my direct areas of responsibility but also in related fields like data architecture, data science, and machine learning.
- I will define and enhance the enterprise technology roadmap, balancing bold innovations with actionable incremental victories, serving as the organizations technology visionary by identifying emerging trends and translating them into practical, scalable solutions.
- I will ensure alignment between business objectives and IT strategy, making certain that technology investments deliver measurable value.
- I will collaborate with customers to justify and prioritize investments while effectively managing the delivery and execution of engagements, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
- I will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide architectural frameworks emphasizing scalability, flexibility, and security.
- I will deliver incremental victories through targeted initiatives that exhibit value, creating momentum toward larger objectives.
- I will establish and enforce architectural standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- I will nurture a culture of experimentation and innovation while remaining focused on delivering results.
- I will continuously assess our technology landscape to identify opportunities for modernization and optimization of systems.
