Requirements
Must:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- 2 or 4 year degree or certification in Programming & Development or Web Application Development
- Proficiency in Trans-SQL and HTML
- Strong experience with Abode Photoshop and Paint.Net for image design and editing
- Excellent communication skills to interact with developers and clients
- Skill in project analysis and testing prior to deployment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems like EPMS and VeraCore
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to write SQL code and create stored procedures effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and tasks
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for setting up new site organizations via our Company portal system
- Manage item setup, user profile configurations, branding attributes, and permission settings
- Analyze, review, and conduct testing for developer projects before they go live
- Design and modify images using Abode Photoshop and Paint.Net
- Oversee item configurations, site branding, inventory updates, and order processing within the SQL database
- Monitor and ensure daily system functioning and rectify any errors promptly
- Write SQL scripts and develop stored procedures to enhance the efficiency of daily operations
- Maintain inventory consistency across multiple systems, including EPMS, VeraCore, and T-SQL databases
- Generate reports for various data requests on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks to adapt to the evolving needs of our clients
