Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP Business One
- Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is advantageous
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP Business One and HANA database management
- Experience with installation and components such as Service Layer, Crystal Reports, and Analytics
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows server management
- Proficient in integrating external systems with SAP Business One through Service Layer
- Familiarity with SQL and scripting for troubleshooting
- Understanding of network security protocols
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
- Capable of conveying technical information to non-technical users
- Able to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
- Team-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Self-sufficient and eager to learn continuously
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for SAP Business One, addressing issues with HANA, installations, and configurations
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within the SAP Business One system
- Configure and uphold email settings and integrations within SAP Business One
- Conduct system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening and addressing client concerns
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through polite and professional interactions
- Document and monitor customer issues and solutions using a ticketing system
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users on SAP Business One features and best practices
- Create and maintain thorough documentation for technical procedures and user guides
- Collaborate effectively with team members, developers, and consultants to tackle complex challenges
- Partner with customers to gather requirements and provide customized solutions
