Requirements
Must:
- 4-8 years of experience in IT support (preferred experience in MSP environments)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities in Windows OS and end-user systems
- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts (IP addressing, Wi-Fi, VPNs)
- Experience with RMM tools, PSA/ticketing systems, and remote support applications
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools (MFA, endpoint protection, data backups)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and client setups efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism in client interactions
Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 1-2 support across diverse client environments (primarily remote with occasional onsite visits)
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, and general end-user inquiries
- Manage and support Microsoft Entra ID (including user provisioning, MFA, conditional access, and device joins)
- Assist with workstation setups, user onboarding and offboarding, and device configurations
- Oversee ticket management in PSA systems and ensure proper ticket hygiene
- Conduct routine system maintenance, updates, and proactive checks
- Provide assistance with basic networking challenges (such as Wi-Fi, VPN connections, and DHCP/DNS troubleshooting)
- Aid in managing firewall and security solutions (like FortiGate, endpoint protection, and MFA)
- Utilize RMM tools to monitor systems, act on alerts, and maintain client system health
- Record details of client environments, solutions, and standardized processes
- Maintain clear communication with clients to deliver a top-tier support experience
