Must:
- A Top Secret Clearance is mandatory. - A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Network Operations (a Bachelor's degree or Military Service may account for two of those years). - Must possess sensitivity level IT-I – Critical Sensitive Clearance: Top Secret. - DoD Approved 8570/8140 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I - A+, Network+, or SEC+. - Certifications in computing environments such as CCNA, CCNP, CWNP, CWDP, and CTNS are required. - Current certification as a Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) is necessary.

Responsibilities

- I am looking for individuals who can work independently or with minimal supervision to tackle tasks that are moderately complex in nature, including analyzing, planning, programming, and implementing network-related requirements. - I expect you to propose recommendations for approval on significant network installations and ensure close coordination with other information system professionals for the proper execution of network services. - Alongside functional users, you will develop alternative solutions and back-up plans while providing technical and administrative guidance for personnel involved in telecommunications network design, implementation, and operations. - You will review work products to ensure they meet correctness standards, adhere to design concepts, and comply with user standards and scheduling milestones. - Additionally, you should analyze and develop telecommunications networks that support a wide array of capabilities, including voice, data, video, and wireless services.

Connected Logistics is in search of six (6) Senior Telecommunication Network Engineers to work on-site to support the Department of Defense and the DLA Information Operations. Our Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS), Network & Telecommunications Services (NTS), Local Area Network Branch (NTS-LAN) is located at various DLA facilities, such as Columbus, OH; New Cumberland, PA; Battle Creek, MI; Richmond, VA; and Fort Belvoir, VA. This role is crucial as it aims to support both wired and wireless LAN functions by offering the skills and expertise in telecom engineering and operational support of existing and emerging technologies.
