Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role (VP or Director)
- Proven ability to perform high-level system design and live coding assessments
- Experience in implementing Agentic AI or LLM-based automation into production workflows
- Expert understanding of cloud-native architecture (AWS or Azure), Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi)
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages such as Go, Rust, Node.js, or Python
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with the codebase, conducting thorough code reviews and prototyping essential architectural components
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and large language models into our development processes
- Oversee the modernization of our software tools to utilize top-tier frameworks and automation technologies
- Resolve high-level technical challenges and performance bottlenecks
- Design and establish core services that enhance our platforms scalability
- Collaborate with team members to promote a culture of rapid experimentation in feature development
- Implement automated solutions within our DevOps pipeline to improve testing, security, and scaling processes
- Continuously assess and improve internal software tools and CI/CD workflows
- Cultivate a high-performance environment by attracting and retaining top engineering talent
