Requirements
Must:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with widely used operating systems including Windows and Apple (iOS/iPadOS)
- Ability to diagnose and address entry-level technical concerns related to both hardware and software
- Strong critical thinking skills with a practical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Competent in managing multiple tasks while remaining organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to team goals
- Prior experience in IT support or relevant academic exposure is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for daily technical issues, encompassing hardware, software, and basic network support
- Troubleshoot and rectify user-reported issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions
- Maintain up-to-date records by managing IT documentation and tracking equipment and assets
- Assist in the deployment of system updates, setting up new devices, and configuring technological tools
- Promote and follow security protocols to safeguard systems and data
- Collaborate with various teams to improve technology performance and workflows
- Undertake additional IT-related tasks and projects as required
Description
We are a growing team seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our daily IT operations. This role offers practical experience in technical support, resolving issues, and maintaining systems within a dynamic environment. It is an ideal opportunity for students or recent graduates wishing to enhance their hands-on skills and gain practical experience in Information Technology.
