Requirements
Must:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a product support or help desk role is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in a science-related field such as chemistry or biology is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of troubleshooting techniques across various platforms.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate information clearly.
- Previous experience in customer support or customer management is preferred.
- Background in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities.
- Professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Capability to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to swiftly learn a variety of computer software applications.
Responsibilities
- Identify, investigate, and resolve user issues with our containment products.
- Respond to support inquiries via calls, chat, email, and other communications from clients regarding our unique product lines.
- Consult with users to ascertain steps taken and procedures followed to address the problem.
- Utilize product knowledge and procedures to resolve technical issues.
- Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting methods, including the use of diagnostic tools and following verbal instructions.
- Collaborate with team members to research and solve problems.
- Work with the Engineering team to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Keep abreast of technological innovations and trends in our technology sector.
- Perform other related product support tasks as needed.
