Requirements

Must:
- 4-5+ years of experience in enterprise software development, system design, and architecture - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline; or equivalent experience - Proficiency in modern programming languages, particularly JavaScript (Node.js/React.js/Express.js/Fastify) - Extensive knowledge of database design (PostgreSQL) and best practices in data engineering - Proven experience collaborating within software teams using GitFlow workflows with multiple developers - Designing, constructing, and managing robust ETL processes - Practical experience with modern data warehousing solutions such as Databricks, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts including star/snowflake schema, data modeling, and OLAP/OLTP - Profound understanding of API development, healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7), and EHR/EMR system integrations - Experience working with contemporary DevOps methodologies such as CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation - Strong analytical abilities and adaptability to fast-paced, agile environments - Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance in healthcare IT - Capability to work remotely with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection

Although primarily remote, candidates must reside in or near Greenville, SC, with acceptable locations including Atlanta, GA, and Charlotte, NC. Occasional onsite meetings in Greenville will be necessary. We offer a competitive salary starting at $90,000, along with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
