- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in application development and integration utilizing Microsoft technologies (e.g., C#, .Net Core, WinForms, LINQ, SQL Server, T-SQL, Visual Studio).
- Experience with SSRS Reporting.
- Skilled in designing technical architecture for application development.
- Familiar with version control systems such as TFS and Azure DevOps.
- Strong capabilities in business analysis and needs assessment, comfortable engaging directly with end users.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively manage requests in a fast-paced environment while liaising with IT staff, business users, and executives.
- Ability to collaborate within a team, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Write code independently for in-house applications.
- Debug and troubleshoot all software programs.
- Develop applications adhering to functional specifications.
- Identify and communicate technical issues and solutions.
- Create simple user manuals for end users.
- Provide technical support to end users as needed.
