Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience with Infor CloudSuite products
- 8+ years supporting talent management systems or HR applications
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Infor Human Capital Management (GHR)
- Familiarity with Performance Review module
- Experience with HR technology such as Infor HCM or Dayforce
- Working understanding of software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment
- Previous experience with JAVA/.NET and JavaScript preferred
- Strong functional and technical expertise
- Excellent skills in communication, collaboration, and customer engagement
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of Infor GHR Cloud Suite products, covering HR processes from hire to payroll
- Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for the Infor GHR Cloud Suite platform, ensuring smooth operation
- Manage Infor User Security settings and access controls to protect system integrity and data
- Develop and customize forms using LPL and handle action requests to enhance system workflows
- Configure and oversee Process Server and Async Admin within the Infor Cloud Suite environment
- Set up, configure, and customize Infor GHR/HR Talent systems to meet business requirements
- Drive system improvements through development experience with LPL, Data Lake, ION, API Gateway, BODs, and Data Fabric
- Optimize business operations by managing Infor Process Flows, Approval Matrix, and Inbasket Approvals
- Ensure seamless integration with external systems by maintaining data models and asynchronous processes
- Provide continuous system support and technical assistance to maintain functionality
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Infor Cloud Suite systems, delivering expert guidance on functionality and best practices
Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Infor Specialist/SME to join our Distributed Services Team within MDOT TSO OTTS Enterprise Software Services. This role requires on-site presence 3 days a week in Hanover, MD. In addition to a competitive pay range of $35.00 - $48.00 per hour, we offer a collaborative work environment focused on innovation and efficiency. You will work closely with business staff and have the opportunity to apply your extensive Infor experience to real-world challenges, helping us optimize our HR processes.
