Senior IT Operations & Cybersecurity Lead

- Oversee the management of NinjaOne (or similar RMM tool) for 200+ endpoints - Continuously monitor device health, alerts, patching, and automation processes - Develop and uphold scripting and remediation guidelines - Ensure endpoint configuration baselines are met - Maintain compliance and asset tracking standards - Administer and monitor EDR solutions like Bitdefender GravityZone - Investigate EDR alerts and manage containment and remediation workflows - Coordinate SOC responses and escalations - Supervise monthly vulnerability management and security reporting - Enforce best practices for MFA and zero-trust frameworks - Lead responses to incidents promptly - Manage backup systems like Acronis, Veeam, or Datto ensuring retention policy validation and integrity - Conduct routine restore tests and ensure operational readiness for business continuity - Troubleshoot Windows Server setups, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, VPNs, and firewalls - Support multi-site connectivity and VoIP systems configurations - Engage ISPs during service interruptions or escalation processes - Serve as the main communication point for internet, telecom, SaaS, and security vendors - Review and sanction third-party infrastructure changes while implementing change management processes - Maintain excellent responsiveness to high-impact incidents across multiple locations - Provide elevated support for senior management while maintaining discretion and professionalism - Travel to Ontario locations as needed for workstation deployments, site assessments, and environmental audits
