Requirements
Must:
- Over 4 years of experience with Flutter
- Proven track record of deploying multiple production applications
- Proficient in state management techniques
- Experience with offline synchronization architecture
- Strong grasp of mobile performance enhancement
- Ability to guide technical decision-making processes
- Familiarity with publishing applications to the App Store and Google Play
- Skilled in REST API integration
- Knowledge of clean architecture and state management frameworks (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider)
- Preferred experience with Firebase
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a high-quality production-grade Flutter application for both iOS and Android
- Create scalable mobile architecture
- Implement offline-first functionalities suitable for field environments
- Integrate APIs, payment processing systems, GPS, and scheduling platforms
- Manage performance, testing, and release workflows
- Work closely with executive leadership to align on objectives
