Senior Director, Information Technology

- Direct and manage the comprehensive IT, EHR systems, and business intelligence strategies, policies, and programs to achieve corporate objectives - Collaborate with Executive Leadership to assess current and future technology, data, and integrated care needs across all service lines and programs - Establish and implement both short-term and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures for IT, EHR, and data analytics functions - Supervise the performance, optimization, and integration of EHR systems to enhance clinical workflows, provider efficiency, and patient care outcomes - Ensure the creation and implementation of data analytics and reporting systems to track productivity, quality metrics, patient access, and operational effectiveness - Oversee the integrity, security, and governance of all organizational data, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, HRSA, and other regulatory requirements - Manage infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and system reliability across all company locations - Lead company-wide initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, access to care, and coordination in behavioral health, primary care, and substance use services - Maintain vendor relations related to IT systems, EHR platforms, and analytics tools - Develop and oversee departmental operating and capital budgets - Establish disaster recovery, business continuity, and data security plans - Provide support to all facilities and departments regarding IT, EHR, and data solutions - Offer leadership, supervision, and development opportunities for IT and BI staff - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards - Execute additional duties or projects as assigned
