Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Salesforce development and architecture
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Strong proficiency in Visual C++
- Strong proficiency in SOQL
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Test Classes
- Familiarity with Visual Studio Code and modern development tools
- Solid understanding of system design, integrations, and cloud architectures
- Ability to effectively manage multiple roles including development, engineering, and architecture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications using industry best practices
- Write, test, and deploy high-quality code including Apex, SOQL, and Test Classes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions
- Execute system integrations and ensure smooth data flow between platforms
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance
- Document system architecture and development processes
- Provide technical guidance and leadership on Salesforce best practices
