Requirements
Must:
- 2-3 years of practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and demonstrable development skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, and SOSL
- Experience in creating Lightning Web Components or Aura Components
- Proven background with REST/SOAP API integrations
- Familiarity with declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
- Understanding of Salesforces security framework, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Experience with deployment tools such as Change Sets, VS Code, and Git
- Background in telecommunications or service provider industry is a plus
- Familiarity with Field Service Lightning and customer portals is preferred
- Knowledge of integration middleware like Airtable, Workato, or Zapier is advantageous
- Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader and Import Wizard is beneficial
- Understanding of customer experience or operations automation is a plus

Responsibilities
- Design and create custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components tailored to telecommunications-specific business workflows
- Establish and maintain connections between Salesforce and external systems, including our Vision platform and customer portals
- Configure Sales Cloud functionalities such as lead management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting
- Set up and oversee functions for trouble ticketing and user self-service portals
- Develop REST/SOAP API integrations for real-time data synchronization with network systems
- Create custom objects and intricate data models for managing circuit inventory and service orders
- Implement automation solutions using Process Builder, Flows, and tailored code to optimize RFQ processes and vendor management
- Enhance customer-facing portals for managing service requests, billing, and accounts
- Manage user setups, profiles, permissions, and security settings for all teams
- Configure workflows, validation rules, and approval processes to support sales, operations, and customer service
- Create and upkeep objects, fields, page layouts, record types, custom reports, and dashboards for executive reporting on sales and customer experience metrics
- Develop operational KPIs to monitor customer experience initiatives like Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Create and manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Support data quality efforts through validation rules, including deduplication and regular data audits
- Manage system releases, sandbox environments, and deployment using change sets or version control
- Provide tier-2 technical support for complex user issues and system troubleshooting
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Act as the main point of contact for Salesforce user inquiries and problems
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing users
- Create and maintain documentation such as user guides and training materials
- Troubleshoot user issues and ensure swift resolutions
- Collect and prioritize user feedback for system enhancements
- Support change management initiatives for new features and processes
- Train users on report creation and dashboard utilization
