Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. You should have over 5 years of experience in IT or solution architecture, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector. Experience with logistics technologies is essential, as is a strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies, including REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, etc. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is beneficial. Excellent communication skills in both English and French (speaking and writing) are required.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Solutions Architect for Salesforce, you will lead the architectural design for systems integrations, encompassing WMS, TMS, ERP, and customer platforms. You will manage a team to meet departmental objectives, nurturing a collaborative environment that enhances performance and encourages professional development. Your role will involve translating business needs into scalable, secure, and economically viable technical solutions. You will evaluate and recommend technologies to facilitate modernization and automation of logistics processes. Serving as a bridge between IT and operations, you will ensure that our solutions meet performance and efficiency targets. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of solutions, making sure they align with architectural standards, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on projects related to EDI, API, and data synchronization. You will also develop and maintain architectural documentation, process maps, and system diagrams, ensuring that all solutions adhere to industry standards, data privacy regulations, and internal security protocols. Providing technical leadership in solution planning and issue resolution will also be part of your responsibilities.
Description
This position is full-time and offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes dental insurance, supplementary health coverage, and paid time off. The work location is a hybrid remote setup based in Kirkland, QC H9J 4A1.
