Must:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential. The ideal applicant will have the capability to convey complex information in an understandable manner. A background in automotive technology is preferred, with familiarity in tuning software, diagnostics, or vehicle electronics being advantageous. A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required, with any technical or automotive training considered a bonus.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will need you to manage and respond to customer calls and emails related to HP Tuners products. You will provide detailed technical assistance for setup, installation, and problem-solving. It is crucial that you document customer inquiries and the corresponding resolutions clearly. Collaboration with team members to identify and rectify recurring issues will also be part of your duties. Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor with both customers and colleagues is vital.
