Requirements

Must:
- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL - Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server - Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) - Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) - Advanced skills in Oracle Database - Several years of practical experience with enterprise data platforms - Expertise in SQL query tuning, indexing, and performance optimization - Solid comprehension of data warehousing and reporting principles - Ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams - Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities - (Nice to Have) Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar - (Nice to Have) Exposure to cloud or hybrid data environments - (Nice to Have) Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python - (Nice to Have) Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, or data quality initiatives - (Nice to Have) Experience in large or regulated environments

Responsibilities

- Design and sustain logical and physical data models for both transactional and reporting systems - Architect, develop, and maintain data integration processes utilizing SSIS and other ETL tools - Create, develop, and uphold reports and datasets using SSRS and other reporting platforms - Construct and enhance SQL Server and Oracle database schemas for optimal performance and scalability - Develop, manage, and review PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views - Optimize PL/SQL coding for maximum performance, dependability, and maintainability - Provide support and troubleshoot Oracle-based integrations and batch processes written in PL/SQL - Work alongside application and reporting teams to establish data requirements and solutions - Set and advocate for data standards, naming conventions, and best practices - Identify and resolve data quality, performance, and integration challenges - Assess existing data architectures and propose enhancements - Document data models, workflows, and technical decisions clearly and practically

We are in search of a Data Architect to design, build, and support data solutions throughout our organization, emphasizing SQL Server and Oracle platforms. This hands-on role entails working with SSIS and SSRS while extensively utilizing PL/SQL to develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle-based data processes. You will collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and business teams to create data models, ensure reliable integrations, and maintain accurate and well-structured reporting data.
