Requirements
Must:
- Over 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field service position, ideally in an MSP setting.
- Proficient with both Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and commonly used business software applications.
- In-depth understanding of network configurations, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
- Capacity to work independently and manage several onsite visits each day.
- Valid drivers license and dependable transportation for traveling to client locations within the Miami region.
Responsibilities
- Perform onsite diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs for network, hardware, and software challenges.
- Install, set up, and maintain IT hardware and software, including workstations, servers, printers, and networking devices.
- Collaborate with the remote support team to guarantee seamless client service.
- Document and manage service requests, resolutions, and interactions within our ticketing system.
- Provide outstanding customer service, engage effectively with clients, and establish realistic expectations for problem resolution.
- Conduct regular maintenance and system upgrades as needed.
- Educate clients on best practices and support end-user training for essential IT tasks.
- Stay informed about industry advancements and maintain relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+).
