Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years in a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment (ideal, but we still encourage applications from candidates without MSP experience)
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure (particularly Azure Virtual Desktop & FSLogix)
- Proficiency in scripting and automation with PowerShell
- Familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools and automations
- Practical understanding of networking and firewalls (such as SonicWall, Fortigate, Unifi)
- The ability to take ownership of an issue from start to finish and achieve results
- Comfort working with minimal guidance and maintaining a solutions-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Oversee and address escalated tickets from Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers
- Design, implement, and support solutions within Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid infrastructures
- Lead implementations of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and FSLogix
- Automate tasks and enhancements through scripting using PowerShell
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including VPNs, firewalls, and switches
- Collaborate with clients and team members to apply technology in solving business challenges
- Participate in the on-call rotation
