Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (preferred) or equivalent cybersecurity certifications from an accredited institution
- Proficient with the OSINT Framework for open-source intelligence gathering and analysis
- Familiar with CCTV systems and physical surveillance integration
- Experienced in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) methodologies
- Strong communication and technical writing skills, capable of producing clear, professional reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software systems
- Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining operational integrity
- Composed under pressure, demonstrating sound decision-making skills
- Professional demeanor and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check
Responsibilities
- Support threat detection, identity security, and digital forensics operations across various client environments
- Collaborate closely with leadership and operations teams to identify, assess, and communicate actionable intelligence findings
- Inform protective strategies for clients based on intelligence analysis
- Proactively identify potential threats that automated detection tools may miss
- Exhibit expertise in evidence collection, preservation, and maintaining chain-of-custody procedures
- Utilize AI-assisted detection tools to pinpoint and rectify information gaps
- Integrate automated workflows into intelligence analysis processes
- Implement Zero Trust principles and contribute to identity lifecycle management
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, non-technical language for client documentation and reporting
- Evaluate data-driven conclusions critically and challenge assumptions when necessary
- Investigate anomalies and pursue leads with a curious mindset
