Requirements
Must:
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar field
- Basic understanding of Windows and/or macOS environments
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Fundamental knowledge of networking principles (Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connectivity)
- Strong desire to learn and progress in the IT sector
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Capability to work independently with some guidance
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Proficiency in Spanish is a bonus (not mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Provide everyday IT support to staff (hardware, software, email, printers, VPN, connectivity)
- Resolve basic Windows/macOS and mobile device problems
- Assist in managing users within Microsoft 365
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process (account creation, device setup)
- Support and diagnose ERP system issues and aid in user management and access control
- Help maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Assist with system updates, backups, and adherence to security practices
- Coordinate with external IT service providers or Managed Service Providers as necessary
Description
We are looking for a full-time IT Implementation and Network Support Specialist to enhance our internal IT systems and assist users. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their career seeking to advance in IT support, systems administration, and cybersecurity. The role is hands-on, offering valuable exposure to real-world business IT operations. You will have the opportunity to work in-person, with some remote duties, and may need to provide occasional after-hours support.
