IT applications analyst

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify current and future requirements, proposing solutions to enhance business processes through technology - Develop and showcase innovative strategies that leverage technology to address organizational challenges - Analyze and document existing business processes and system configurations to define functional requirements and specifications for enhancements - Offer recommendations to stakeholders for process improvements related to systems or software - Understand user needs and translate them into new application features supporting operational growth - Develop, troubleshoot, and manage the IT business applications and systems - Work closely with IT personnel to establish specifications for application projects - Customize and configure interfaces for CRM, ERP, BI, and other applications - Oversee daily and strategic administrative tasks within business application systems, including data corrections and user permissions - Foster relationships and communication with other departments to manage business application projects effectively - Provide training and support to new and existing users regarding IT business applications - Collaborate with third-party consultants to resolve application issues or advance project goals - Identify opportunities to standardize processes and optimize system functionality across the organization - Participate in application implementation and upgrades, involving requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and support - Develop and maintain user guides, documentation, and process materials to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure system consistency - Monitor application performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and user experience
