Requirements
Must:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a basic understanding of operating systems/software, as well as data entry.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, commitment to customer service, multitasking skills, and a keen attention to detail.
- Experience: A background in administrative roles is preferred, particularly with some exposure to IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Helpdesk & User Support: I will assist by triaging and resolving basic IT issues, such as password resets, software access, and email access. For more complex problems, I will direct them to senior technical staff.
- Inventory & Asset Management: I will track and manage IT hardware, software licenses, and other assets, as well as process orders for new equipment.
- Group Operations: I will oversee the management of computer supplies for our corporate environment.
Description
The salary for this position ranges from $35,000.00 to $55,000.00 annually. We also offer various benefits, including dental insurance, employee discounts, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. This position requires in-person work.
