Requirements
Must:
- 1โ2 years of experience in IT support
- Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft 365, with solid troubleshooting abilities
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
- Excellent customer service and communication proficiency
- Capability to work autonomously and juggle multiple responsibilities
- Valid driverโs license with the ability to travel between dealerships
- Experience in an automotive dealership IT environment is advantageous but not mandatory
- Familiarity with CDK, Reynolds, or Dealertrack is a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite and remote IT assistance to various automotive dealerships
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (PCs, printers, scanners, tablets, and network devices)
- Provide support for dealership software, including DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack)
- Configure new computers, user accounts, phones, and workstations
- Ensure internet, Wi-Fi, and network stability across all departments
- Assist with service department systems (diagnostic tools, RO printers, shop computers)
- Address issues related to CRM, F&I, and other dealership-specific applications
- Implement updates, manage security patches, and uphold cybersecurity standards
- Record system configurations, issues, and solutions
- Travel between dealership locations as necessary (company mileage reimbursement or vehicle policy may be applicable)

We are a growing automotive group looking for a dependable and proficient IT Technician to provide support across multiple dealership locations. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $72,000 to $96,000 per year, depending on experience, with a Monday to Friday schedule and weekends as needed.
