Requirements

Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT help desk/network administration/support is essential - Level II-III - Prior experience in an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly advantageous - Strong technical skills with Windows PC and server systems - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer service - Outstanding communication skills - Capable of collaborating effectively within a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, antivirus and malware tools, Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Terminal Server administration and support - Experience with ticketing systems/RMM - Competency in supporting both PC and Macintosh systems - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+/N+/S+ and Microsoft desktop/server certifications are a plus - Familiarity with routers and firewalls is desirable - Experience with Avaya phone system administration is beneficial

Responsibilities

In this Help Desk/Network Analyst position, I will ensure that our clients receive server and end-user help desk support along with network administration services. My duties will include providing telephone and email-based technical assistance to client end-users experiencing PC/MAC issues, as well as managing server and network administration tasks for clients. I will respond to network monitoring alarms, troubleshooting and resolving issues or escalating them to Level 3 Engineers when necessary. My on-site responsibilities may involve deploying hardware, diagnosing problems, and delivering other essential services for our clients. There are growth opportunities available, including advancement to Network Engineer and Project Management roles.
