Requirements
Must:
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support
- Certifications such as A+, Network+, or Security+ are advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong instincts in customer service with a problem-solving mindset
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and Office 365 administration
- Experience with scripting, phishing simulations, or security tools is a plus
- A strong sense of curiosity, determination, and accountability
Responsibilities
- Offer Level 1 help desk support, including ticketing, remote assistance, and basic troubleshooting
- Set up, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 environments
- Familiarize yourself with our technology stack, including RMM, Patching, EDR, and XDR
- Assess security alerts and escalate concerns to our senior security experts
- Clearly document processes, client interactions, and solutions for future reference
- Maintain a coachable attitude, communicate effectively, and seek continual improvement
