Requirements

Must:
I require a minimum of 3+ years of Help Desk or Systems experience. Candidates should hold a BA or BS degree in Computer Information Systems or have equivalent certifications. You should have experience in the administration of on-prem Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365. A fundamental understanding of networking, including knowledge of SD-WAN technologies, network routing protocols, subnetting, VLANs, and experience working with firewalls, routers, and network switches, is essential. Familiarity with cloud-hosted or virtual servers is also required, along with experience maintaining Help Desk Ticketing Systems and tracking IT Inventory Assets. I expect candidates to be able to efficiently multi-task, follow written and verbal instructions, adapt, and remain calm under pressure during changes or client emergencies. Attention to detail and the ability to handle break/fix IT issues as well as projects is a must.

Responsibilities

In this role, I will have you supporting the Director of IT and various initiatives that drive our company's success. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Administering Microsoft 365, including Entra, Power Platform, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. - Managing On-Prem Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Domain Controllers, and LAN/WAN. - Providing Helpdesk Level 1 and 2 support for employees and maintaining the corporate ticketing system. - Setting up and troubleshooting desktop computers and laptops, including all peripheral devices. - Overseeing IT Asset Management. - Drafting IT documentation for processes and procedures to be used by both technical and non-technical employees. - Configuring and administering mobile devices via MDM tools. - Monitoring and administering system backups. - Participating in IT projects, including new hardware/software installations, updates, decommissioning old hardware/software, and e-waste recycling. - Administering our VoIP environment while documenting procedures and processes and providing employee training. - Demonstrating clear and concise verbal and written communication with organizational leadership, employees, and technical consulting teams. - Establishing solid, trusted relationships with colleagues. - Responding to business-critical emergencies, both during and after business hours. - Performing any other duties as assigned.

Desirable skills include experience with Microsoft Entra and Microsoft InTune, as well as related Microsoft certifications and networking/security certifications. This is a full-time position with an annual pay range of $65,000.00 - $70,000.00.
