Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows laptops, docking stations, printers/scanners, webcams, and peripherals
- Understanding of networking essentials: TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and VPN client configuration
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Azure AD administration: user provisioning, MFA, and basic Exchange knowledge
- Ability to manage help desk tickets and provide clear written documentation
- Professional and approachable communication with users of varying technical backgrounds
- Familiarity with Intune, conditional access policies, and basic PowerShell is a plus
- Interest in R/C, electronics, 3D printing, or maker-space tools is advantageous
- Experience in supporting shared workspaces or membership-oriented environments is beneficial
- 1–2 years of help desk experience, or a solid technical foundation supplemented by relevant certifications
Responsibilities
- Address and resolve issues related to Windows laptops, docking stations, printers, scanners, webcams, and other peripherals
- Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote-access problems for users in the shop, working from home, or traveling
- Oversee account management, including MFA, password resets, and onboarding tasks within Microsoft 365 / Azure AD
- Assist users dealing with suspicious emails by flagging, escalating, and providing guidance
- Organize shared drives, manage SharePoint permissions, and support the Microsoft 365 suite
- Keep track of and resolve help desk tickets, ensuring confirmation of resolution before ticket closure

Youll join a close-knit and collaborative team that offers hands-on experience in managing endpoints, cloud services, and email systems. This position is based in-person, with a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 annually.
