Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for someone who can communicate in Spanish.
- You should possess a solid understanding of desktop support principles and practices.
- It is essential that you have experience in diagnosing and resolving software issues.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is important.
- You should have knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and network protocols.
- Proficiency in Jira or other issue tracking systems is necessary.
- A working knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux, is required.
- You should understand IT infrastructure components, such as servers, routers, and switches.
- It is beneficial if you are familiar with VPN technologies and remote access solutions.
- You need to be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with remedy or similar incident management tools is desirable.
Responsibilities
- I will expect you to provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- You will install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Responding to user inquiries and promptly resolving technical issues will be part of your role.
- I encourage you to collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions that enhance our IT systems and processes.
- You will document and keep accurate records of IT support activities.
Description
- This is a full-time position with an annual salary ranging from $50,000.00 to $90,000.00. - Benefits include a 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, relocation assistance, a retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, and vision insurance. - The preferred language for this role is Spanish, and a CompTIA A+ certification is also preferred. - The work location will be in person.
