IT Director

- Formulate and implement the organizations IT strategy in line with business goals, focusing on cloud computing, virtualization, and system architecture. - Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including network administration, server oversight, SAN, MPLS, VPN configurations, and DNS. - Spearhead the design and execution of cybersecurity measures per NIST standards to guarantee network and information security. - Manage enterprise applications including ERP systems, various databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB), Microsoft SQL Server, and data warehouses. - Direct system administration functions encompassing Active Directory management, Microsoft Exchange, virtualization (vSphere), and overall server management. - Supervise software development initiatives utilizing technologies such as Java, C#, .NET, PHP, Python, Node.js, and frameworks like React and Angular. - Implement DevOps practices for CI/CD, change management, and system automation. - Lead vendor management for hardware/software procurement and service contracts, ensuring adherence to intellectual property laws and IT governance procedures. - Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans to protect organizational data and operations. - Manage budgets for IT projects and infrastructure enhancements, ensuring efficient resource allocation. - Foster a culture of innovation by researching and implementing emerging technologies like AI/ML in business operations. - Facilitate project management using Agile methodologies to ensure timely execution of IT projects. - Lead cybersecurity measures, including firewall management, network security protocols, VPNs, VoIP systems, and security measures for network infrastructure. - Support help desk operations to provide high-quality technical support throughout the organization.
