Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading innovation initiatives within a tech-driven environment; prior senior leadership roles preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of AI technologies including machine learning frameworks (Python-based ML libraries), NLP tools, and associated algorithms.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure; familiarity with virtualization (vSphere), SAN storage solutions, and cloud computing best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, and PHP; experience with front-end frameworks like Angular and React is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure components: network administration (DNS, VPNs), system management (Active Directory), databases (SQL Server, Oracle), and ERP system integration.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards such as NIST guidelines; experience implementing network security measures including firewalls and VPNs.
- Skilled in project management methodologies like Agile; adept at change management processes within complex organizations.
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret large datasets using ETL processes and data warehouses for strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively; experience engaging senior leadership on technical strategies is essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of innovative AI-driven strategies that align with our organizational objectives and market trends.
- Oversee research and development initiatives in machine learning, data analytics, natural language processing, and other AI technologies to create scalable solutions.
- Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, system architects, and project managers to deliver impactful projects using Agile methodologies.
- Drive digital transformation efforts by integrating cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure, ensuring robust security protocols, including PCI compliance and network security standards.
- Establish and maintain enterprise-wide IT infrastructure frameworks encompassing virtualization (vSphere), network security (firewalls, VPNs), databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB), and system administration practices.
- Develop comprehensive business continuity planning and disaster recovery strategies to ensure operational resilience across all technology domains.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities through emerging tech trends like AI, IoT, and automation; translate these into actionable project roadmaps.
- Manage vendor relationships for technology procurement, licensing, and service delivery to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Foster a culture of innovation by promoting continuous learning in areas such as DevOps, SDLC, system design, APIs integration, and application development.
