Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in developing production GoHighLevel implementations with 25+ workflows and multi-pipeline systems
- In-depth knowledge of GHL workflows, custom fields, sub-accounts, Custom Actions, webhooks, calendars, and Private Integration Token (PIT) API
- Practical experience using Make.com and n8n, including creating scenarios that integrate external APIs and enable bidirectional data syncing
- Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
- Experience in integrating GHL with at least three of the following: Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, DocuSign, Stripe, LawPay, Clio, Salesforce, Anthropic/OpenAI APIs, Google Sheets, Looker Studio
- Proven ability to deliver on time with established milestones
- Strong written communication skills for effective collaboration with leadership and our in-house development team
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy when handling field keys and preventing issues in downstream workflows
Responsibilities
- Design and create GoHighLevel sub-accounts from the ground up, including custom field schemas, tag taxonomies, multi-stage pipelines, and comprehensive workflow orchestration
- Develop and implement advanced automation logic, such as speed-to-lead enforcement, lifecycle workflows, escalation processes, behavior-based routing, and reporting systems
- Establish and maintain integrations between GHL and external platforms through Make.com, n8n, and direct API interactions
- Incorporate third-party APIs (including Anthropic, OpenAI, Twilio, DocuSign, Stripe, and document automation tools) into GHL workflows
- Set up reporting layers that connect to Google Sheets and Looker Studio dashboards
- Manage WhatsApp Business API templates, SMS marketing campaigns, and support bilingual communications at scale
- Maintain thorough documentation of field keys, workflow IDs, webhook URLs, and stage definitions in a centralized inventory
- Conduct testing in a sandbox environment prior to production deployment and keep a record of all changes
Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior GoHighLevel Architect to take charge of designing and executing intricate CRM and automation solutions throughout our operations. This technical role is ideal for someone who has extensive experience with GoHighLevel, specializing in workflows, custom fields, and integrations. We offer a salary range of $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year along with health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
