Must:
- Proven experience with UKG is essential
- Minimum of 5 years in HRIS, HR Functional Analyst, or a comparable position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of UKG
- Create and refine HR reporting and dashboards
- Identify and implement improvements in systems and processes
- Ensure the integrity and compliance of data
- Offer strategic support for HR systems to leadership
Description
We are a confidential regional organization located approximately 40 minutes from Calgary, AB, seeking a skilled HR Functional Analyst to provide strategic support within our Human Resources function. This position requires an on-site presence, and candidates must be prepared to commute to our location.
