Full-Stack Lead Developer

- Spearhead the development and improvement of a Nuxt.js-based product portal and a new web-based Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security - Design and deploy AWS-based infrastructure, incorporating RDS, DevOps pipelines, and environment management to support both the product portal and LMS - Manage the segmentation of the website into sales (HubSpot/Salesforce) and value delivery (Nuxt.js) components, ensuring technical coherence and seamless integration - Establish and uphold DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, environment management (development, staging, production), and PR approvals - Collaborate with the BI/analytics team to maintain data accuracy and performance across all platforms - Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and executive leadership) to synchronize technical execution with business objectives - Serve as the primary technical contact for leadership, translating business needs into actionable technical strategies - Promote Agile methodologies through sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospective assessments - Address complex technical challenges and ensure minimal downtime for essential systems - Conduct code evaluations, uphold best coding practices, and maintain rigorous standards for code quality and documentation - Keep abreast of industry advancements in web application development, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure and suggest enhancements to the technology stack - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to confirm the technical viability of features and optimizations - Lead the transition from current local scripts and processes to a scalable, team-maintained infrastructure
