Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, specializing in production systems
- Experience as the primary technical lead on a production application, handling outages and technical debt
- Strong ability to conceptualize user problems and business outcomes
- Capacity to transform discussions into actionable features without detailed specifications
- Understanding of the marketplace dynamics to prioritize features based on their ability to drive supply, demand, or trust
- Proficiency in rapid development cycles, transitioning from ideas to production swiftly as needed
- Familiarity with iterative shipping of features and regular commits
- Expertise in modern React and full-stack development, covering UI, API, database, authentication, and deployment
- Willingness to learn or experience with Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Row Level Security, Realtime)
- Ability to take ownership from frontend elements to database security policies
- Nice-to-have: Experience with React Native or mobile application development

Responsibilities
- Deliver features from start to finish across various applications, including UI, database schema, and access controls

- Manage deployment processes and ensure production health through monitoring, alerting, and CI/CD practices
- Develop third-party integrations as the platform broadens its partnership ecosystem
- Utilize Claude Code as the primary development environment for AI-assisted development, integrating it into daily tasks
