- Relevant certifications are advantageous (Network+, ICDN/CCNA, CCNP, etc.)
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in computer science or a similar field
- Preferred 5 years of desktop support experience in a large enterprise environment
- Proficient in PC hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and software products
- Basic knowledge of MAC operating systems
- Ability to learn and understand new, potentially complex products

Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of technical IT support for our entire call center workforce
- Provide desktop support and assist with software and email issues
- Setup and troubleshoot network printers
- Offer remote support to users via phone
- Install, configure, and diagnose computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Conduct preventative maintenance, testing, and repairs on computer hardware
- Document resolutions or escalations within our internal ticketing system
- Adhere to established procedures in daily tasks, utilizing judgment as needed

Good time management skills and the ability to multitask are essential. Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends when required, including overnight shifts for urgent initiatives, is expected.
