Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, particularly within a healthcare setting.
- Bachelors degree is a must; Masters degree is highly preferred.
- Strong familiarity with EHR data and healthcare productivity metrics is preferred.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of business intelligence strategies, systems, and reporting tools to facilitate organizational decision-making.
- Create and oversee dashboards and reports that monitor provider productivity, patient access, service utilization, quality metrics, and financial performance.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from EHR systems and various healthcare platforms.
- Collaborate with leadership and departments to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.
- Identify trends and opportunities to enhance efficiency, access, and outcomes in integrated healthcare services.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across all reporting systems.
- Address reporting requirements for HRSA, UDS, DCF, and other regulatory or funding entities.
- Convert complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
- Generate predictive and trend analyses to aid in strategic planning.
- Partner with IT and EHR teams to enhance data capture and reporting capabilities.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards related to data reporting and confidentiality.
- Oversee the supervision and development of BI staff as needed.
- Undertake additional duties or projects as assigned.
