Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is essential; a graduate degree is preferred but not mandatory. Your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and personality are of greater importance.
- Proficient data analysis skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and various data analysis tools.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset in problem-solving with strong analytical skills. Experience with AutoCAD would also be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements.
- Analyze data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and R to identify trends and insights.
- Possess a robust understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and building systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Convert business needs into functional specifications.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to implement AI and automation solutions to streamline workflows and minimize manual tasks.
- Assist in change management and adoption strategies for new systems or processes.
