Requirements

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the companys VoIP and telephony systems
- Assist in the implementation, migration, and administration of communication platforms
- Diagnose and resolve phone, network, and connectivity issues
- Maintain and support systems like 3CX, RingCentral, Grandstream, and PBX Cloud
- Monitor system performance to ensure the reliability of communication services
- Support security protocols related to communication systems
- Assist with various IT department obligations as necessary
- Guarantee all phone and communication systems operate effectively and efficiently
