Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 5 years of engineering experience in enterprise-level endpoint management.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), covering infrastructure management, application deployment, patch management, and operating system deployment.
- Proven expertise in using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for modern device management and deployment.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and task management.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10 and Windows 11), Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Microsoft certifications related to Endpoint Management (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate – MD-102) are preferred.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management processes and tools (e.g., Qualys).
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Graph API is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Manage and create Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for workstations, and evaluate which policies to migrate to Microsoft Intune as part of the transition plan.
- Oversee current SCCM task sequences and take charge of transitioning to Autopilot in the future.
- Develop and maintain Automatic Deployment Rules (ADRs) to streamline monthly patch deployments, monitor patch status, and address failures.
- Utilize SCCM and PowerShell to design automated solutions for rectifying Windows vulnerabilities.
- Employ PowerShell to develop scripts and automate routine endpoint management tasks.
- Create and launch applications using the SCCM Application model and PowerShell Application Deployment Toolkit (PSADT).
- Enhance the overall security and compliance of our endpoint environment by implementing and following security policies and best practices in endpoint management.
- Produce and sustain thorough documentation for all endpoint management processes, configurations, and solutions, and share knowledge within the broader IT team.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in endpoint management and proactively seek opportunities for process enhancement and optimization.
