Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a desktop deployment facility
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient in using a pallet jack for loading and moving pallets of equipment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for tracking and recording purposes
- Strong technical expertise or aptitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for skill development
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in identifying root causes of issues
- Skilled communicator, able to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of OSHA standards with experience in promoting safety practices
- Fundamental understanding of distribution, logistics, and operational facilities
- Strong organizational skills with a passion for quality improvement
Responsibilities
- Manage daily workloads concerning receiving, storage, imaging, picking, packaging, and shipping through both manual and automated tasks
- Ensure accurate tracking of asset inventories for both field and storage environments
- Prepare end-user requests upon arrival
- Conduct equipment inventory control
- Understand various types of cables and connectors for supporting desktops and monitors
- Allocate products to their designated locations within the storage area
- Load and transport pallets containing desktops, monitors, and other equipment
- Organize equipment orders for shipping, including single and multiple pallets
- Maintain a tidy and orderly workspace
- Exhibit keen attention to detail to ensure shipment accuracy
- Scan items for tracking purposes during inbound and outbound processes
