Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP implementation deployments
- Proven track record in leading Salesforce and/or D365 implementation projects
- Ability to mentor and guide a small team while maintaining a hands-on technical role
- Strong grasp of financial processes and accounting principles
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of in-house developers and vendor partners
- Design and develop integrations between QuickBooks, Dynamics 365, and Salesforce using APIs and Power Platform Applications (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Dataverse, Azure, etc.)
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production integration issues
- Define and manage service level agreements (SLAs), error-handling routines, and escalation protocols
- Own the data migration strategy including mapping, cleansing, validating, and loading data from Excel/QuickBooks into Dynamics 365 and Site Tracker
- Administer and configure the ERP system to adapt to evolving business processes, including workflows, user roles, and system settings
- Ensure system security by managing user permissions and documenting system configurations and processes
- Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations to enhance responsiveness and reliability
- Handle user roles, permissions, and security settings within D365 F&O
- Lead the transition to an agile, product-focused ERP team, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, code reviews, and new feature development
- Implement enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements in both Dynamics 365 and Site Tracker environments
- Collaborate with finance, HR, IT, and other business units to align system capabilities with organizational goals
- Train users and document best practices related to ERP usage, integration points, and support workflows
- Support Salesforce-ERP data integration initiatives utilizing SOQL and platform APIs

At Concordia Wireless, we are a full-service firm dedicated to architectural and engineering design for wireless communication sites across the U.S. We collaborate with major carriers to upgrade network infrastructure, ensuring enhanced bandwidth for consumers. We are currently looking for an experienced ERP Integration Team Lead to manage the implementation of our D365 F&O (Dynamics) and Salesforce-based tools, particularly SiteTracker. This full-time role is based onsite at our headquarters in Carol Stream, IL, Monday through Friday.
